No, photogrammetry is not required. While it’s a great solution and we’re happy to use it if you have it, it’s not necessary for completing a full arch case within a digital workflow. With the right scan bodies and solid scanning technique, you can still achieve excellent results.
Our favorites are IO Connect, EZ Reference, and Powerball. Other options that also work well include OptiSplint, Shining 3D Elite, and Scan Ladder. New systems are hitting the market all the time, and we’re always happy to review them and see if they’re compatible with our workflow.
No, you don’t have to. We recommend them because they offer angle correction, are made from grade 6 titanium (which helps reduce the risk of stripping), and a single set can be used for both try-ins and the final restoration. That said, we’re happy to use the screw of your choice.
No. All of our work is done in-house by our team of around 15 people. Everything—from design to manufacturing—is handled in our own lab.
We offer a 2-year warranty on Full Arch Zirconia restorations, as long as they meet the following parameters:
If a case falls outside these parameters, adding a titanium bar will bring it within warranty coverage.
We sell a Chameleon Marker Kit, which is great because you can attach any scan body to it. You can also use teeth or any other fiducial marker that works with your workflow.
A titanium bar is recommended when your Full Arch Zirconia case falls outside of our warranty parameters:
